YOGA TO THRIVE BEYOND IVF

A unique one day workshop to help you thrive beyond IVF

Who is this WORKSHOP for?

Yoga To Thrive Beyond IVF offers a unique opportunity to explore, let go and find calm beyond infertility.

Through the empowering practice of yoga, thought provoking discussion, self-reflective journaling, and the company of the class community this carefully created workshop will provide support for those who have experienced unsuccessful IVF whether recently or in the past and to help them to thrive beyond infertility.

No yoga experience is necessary to undertake this workshop and it is suitable regardless of fitness levels. All props and yoga mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

Workshops are held throughout the year in-person and on-line.
