Who is this service for?

For those who feel they need to re-boot and restore after their IVF experiences no matter how long ago they were. This Service will help put you back on track and discover the pathway ahead.

Using the tools of transformational life coaching and Elm and Bloom’s unique framework to help you Explore, Let Go, Move forwards, and Bloom, this service will help empower you to map the path ahead after the challenges of infertility.  This Service will help you to navigate the crossroads, reconnect to yourself, and redirect the future.

What’s included

This Service is offered over three or six months - the choice is yours.

Three month support will include two x one hour 1:1 meetings per month (6 sessions in total) on line or in person.  Weekly check-in emails will help to keep in touch in between sessions and to motivate and update. 

Six month support will include two x one hour 1:1 meetings per month (12 sessions in total) on line or in person. This Service will help you to explore your situation in greater depth and offer more time to discover and navigate the path ahead.  Weekly check-in emails help to keep in touch in between sessions and to motivate and update. 

For both support Services, the final session will help celebrate all that you have achieved during our time together.

where and when?

This Service can be held in person or on line depending on where you live and your preferences. In person, the Service is held in the peaceful and tranquil surroundings of the Elm and Bloom coaching room near Winchester, UK. Parking is free. Details of the location of the coaching room is given on booking.

How long are the sessions?

Each session lasts 60 minutes.
