What is elm and be?

Elm and Be is a two hour personal commemoration to honour your IVF and infertility journey. 

It offers a special time to pay tribute to all that you have experienced and provides a safe and structured way to mark the ending of an IVF journey or the process of trying to conceive no matter how long ago this might have been.

Elm and Be can also commemorate a meaningful anniversary.

What is included?

This exclusive Service will provide the space and peace for you to process and acknowledge your IVF and infertility journey alongside someone who has walked along the same path and understands your experiences.

Through walking, reflection, visualisation, and ceremony, you will be guided to honour your story and mark all that you have experienced during your IVF and infertility journey.  As part of our time together, you will receive a gift to reflect this special time.

where and how long?

This Service is a one-off, two hour session held in person in the beautiful surroundings of nature and is offered throughout the year to help you connect to the healing and grounding power of the natural world. This Service can also be equally effective online in the comfort of your home surroundings and you will be guided as to how to prepare a suitable space beforehand.
